About Little Red Barn Dog Rescue

FEDERALLY RECOGNIZED AND REGISTERED 501c3 NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION:
As a small rescue located in the heart of the Northwoods of Wisconsin, we strive to improve the lives of dogs in need and find homeless dogs forever families. The inspiration behind our Rescue began after seeing the need for help with overcrowding with our southern state neighbors, which began our networking with fellow rescues and shelters to coordinate transporting dogs that we were able to assist in placing into permanent homes. We also work with the local stray hold facility in capturing stray and lost dogs, helping to locate families through Facebook posts and sharing, and at times placing them into permanent homes. Our efforts evolved as awareness arose of the dire needs in the puppy mill industry of undesired puppies and breeder dogs within our state. Through this process, we have been able to save thousands of lives. Our commitment is helping those we can while offering temporary housing with permanent love.
